Crafted by Maison J. Laurens, Les Graimenous is the flagship cuvée of the house and a superb example of traditional-method sparkling wine from Limoux in the south of France.

Made primarily from Chardonnay with touches of Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, this elegant Crémant undergoes extended ageing on the lees to develop depth and finesse. The result is a bright, finely sparkling wine with aromas of green apple, citrus zest and white flowers, layered with subtle brioche and almond notes.

On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, offering crisp acidity, delicate orchard fruit flavours and a creamy mousse that leads to a clean, refined finish.

Versatile and stylish, Les Graimenous is perfect as an apéritif and pairs beautifully with seafood, light poultry dishes, soft cheeses or celebratory occasions.
