Dandelion Vineyards Lion’s Tooth of McLaren Vale Shiraz Riesling 2021 75cl

A distinctive and characterful red from McLaren Vale, blending predominantly Shiraz with a small portion of Riesling. Deep ruby in colour, it offers aromas of ripe blackberries, plums and dark cherries layered with hints of spice and subtle floral notes. 

The palate is rich and expressive, with concentrated dark fruit flavours, gentle peppery spice and a touch of freshness from the Riesling component. 

Smooth tannins and balanced acidity lead to a long, satisfying finish.
